Additional Useful Information:
- Effective June 24th, we will have a few changes to the following debit card services:
- Card Activation and PIN changes: Card activation and PIN changes will be done through the IVR. (Interactive Voice Response System) at the following number: 800-992-3808
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Report lost or stolen debit cards directly to your branch, or customer service at 218 528-4255. After hours call 800-472-3272
- Card Alerts and Controls through our website will be replaced with Card Valet. Cardholders can enroll their debit cards in the Card Valet app and set up alerts and controls, including turning your card off and on, with a greater variety of criteria selections.
- If a transaction on your card is flagged for potential fraud, you may receive a call or text message to verify the validity of your transaction. (The call will be generated from 800-279-2674.) Please make sure to update your contact information with your banker, or Customer Service at 218-528-4255.
- Our Mobile App will be updated with our refreshed branding and Border Bank name.
- For users that have the mobile app installed on their device and have their settings applied to automatically update apps when available, their app will automatically update.
- For users that do not receive updates automatically, they will need to download the update for the new version once it is available.
