Enroll in eStatements to save time, eliminate paper clutter, and protect your account information.
- In order to view eStatements within Online Banking, the account must be enrolled in eStatements by following the below steps. Enrolling an account(s) in eStatements ceases mailing of the paper statement.
- Once enrolled, you will be notified via email when your eStatement is available. At that time, you can log in to Online Banking to view your eStatement. Your eStatement is stored securely within Online Banking for 18 months.
- If you are a Business User, you need appropriate permissions to be eligible to enroll in eStatements. Please contact your account officer with any questions.
New eStatement Enrollment:
- Select the Documents tab within Online Banking.
- Review and Accept the Electronic Banking Account Statement Disclosure and Agreement.
- Eligible Accounts to enroll in eStatements will display. Select desired accounts by checking the box in front of each account.
- Click Enroll.
- Enrollment Confirmation screen will display.
- eStatements for enrolled accounts will be available in Online Banking at the next statement cycle.
Additional eStatement Enrollment:
- Within Online Banking, click into an account and select the Electronic Statements tab.
- Select the Sign Up/Changes tab.
- Eligible Accounts to enroll in eStatements will display. Select desired accounts by checking the box in front of each account.
- Click Save Settings.
