Relationship Specialist (Teller): Middle River, MN - Full or Part-Time Hours

The primary responsibility in this position is to provide an exceptional customer experience, expand customer relationships and attract additional customers to the bank. This position is responsible for handling customer transactions. This will include taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Support customers with maintenance questions concerning their accounts to include balance inquiries, statement requests, address changes, check orders and the like.
 
This position will also be accountable for activities that help attract new customers and expanding current customer relationships. These duties may include calling on customers in person or over the phone, working with partners to refer customers to other business lines and additional growth tactics as assigned.
 
This job requires skills needed in an office environment. A high school diploma is required. Previous work-related experience is a plus, but we are willing to train and invest in our employees. This position requires one to two Saturday shifts per month.

Human Resource Specialist:Corporate, Any location, or work remotely

Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resource Specialist is responsible for providing support to the HR Director and handling the department clerical function. Specific responsibilities include payroll, benefits administration, and other functions of human resource management.

The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, recording payroll items, and managing contributions to ensure deductions are made appropriately. The HR Specialist will also maintain the human resources database, process monthly reports to reflect employee changes, and is responsible for quarterly and annual tax deadlines and procedures.

  • Completion of 2-year degree or completion of equivalent specialized training.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in human resources.
  • Certification or advanced training in payroll software required.
  • Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft computer applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Credit Analyst: Corporate, Any location, or work remotely

The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit investigations, basic analyzation of financial statements and preparing reports for presentation.

The Credit Analyst will serve as a resource for bank officers in the credit administration process by analyzing and spreading of financial statements for potential new customers and providing preliminary recommendations as to the feasibility of the credit request. The Credit Analyst will also analyze interim financial statements of existing clients and provide additional file maintenance.

  • Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Three to five years of credit, lending experience or related business experience
  • Proficient in Excel
