Full-Time Teller: Roseau, MN

The Teller is responsible for handling customer transactions. This will include taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Support customers with maintenance questions concerning their accounts to include balance inquiries, statement requests, address changes, check orders and the like.

The Teller is also responsible for selling additional products to customers and prospects, occasional account opening and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank.

This job requires skills needed in an office environment. A high school diploma is required. Previous work-related experience is a plus, but we are willing to train and invest in our employees. This position requires one to two Saturday shifts per month.

Customer Service Manager: Any location

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) will manage the Customer Service Center (CSC) to meet the needs of both internal and external customers through a variety of channels. The CSM will also lead efforts for the ongoing evolution of the CSC as a key group for centralization, efficiency and enhanced customer experience.

The Customer Service Manager will report to the Director of Retail and actively lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives that involve the CSC to create a culture of service excellence and innovation. The Customer Service Manager will build volume and service level-based staffing and training models and establish department goals that can be directly linked to organizational strategy and objectives.

Credit Manager: Any location

The Senior Credit Analyst will serve as a multifaceted resource in the credit administration process. The Senior Credit Analyst will review and analyze the Bank’s loan portfolio and loan loss reserve as well as complete other special projects assigned from Senior Management.

The Senior Credit Analyst will support credit analysts and lenders by completing/reviewing loan presentations ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to loan policy. The Senior Credit Analyst will assist the bank by identifying potential risk from within the bank’s loan portfolio and alerting the appropriate personnel of such risk. The Senior Credit Analyst will also supervise the Credit Analysts.

The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist position will report directly to the Bank President. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the lending department.

The LSS will serve as a liaison between the lender and the customer when questions arise regarding the status of an impending loan. Other duties covered by this position include assisting customers with loan questions, payments and payoffs.
